While every project is entirely unique, the following is an idea of our project guideline:
1. Contact us.

2. Set pre-design meeting with us. Bring notes, magazine pictures and any drawings you might have to help us get a feel of your vision for your home.

3. Once the initial concept is developed, come to an agreement regarding project design.

4. Obtain survey of lot, when necessary.Draft preliminary plans with ballpark project numbers.

5. Enter into construction agreement with Esser Construction.

6. Create final construction documents (drawings and any necessary engineering).

7. Engineering, if needed.

8. Finalize project costs.

9. Obtain construction permits.

10. Begin construction.

11. Provide construction schedule.

Many decisions need to be made prior to construction and during construction. We will be there to help you every step along the way.
